Binh Doan

Director of Finance & Strategy

At Memphis Education Fund, Binh Doan uses her experience as a classroom teacher and then school administrator to lead work centered around supporting and strengthening a high-quality public school landscape in Memphis through targeted investments and partnerships. As a first-generation college student and educator, Binh understands the profound relationship between education, equity, and opportunity.

In her previous and current role, Binh strives to support schools and students in achieving better outcomes and accessing greater opportunities. Although not a native Memphian, Binh is proud to call Memphis home after working in education for nearly a decade. Binh holds a BA in Archaeological Studies from Yale University and a MEd from Christian Brothers University. When not at work, Binh enjoys attending musicals and plays at all of Memphis’s many theatres, collecting books (while reading only some), and trying out new foods!
